Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any CyberJunior service — hosting, domains, email, security, or related offerings — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian's consent, to use our services. Nigerian and international customers are welcome. Certain services may have geographic restrictions (for example, .ng domains require NiRA identity verification for Nigerian entities).

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Keeping your contact email and billing details current.
• Complying with all applicable Nigerian and international laws.

Notify us immediately at security@cyberjunior.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
• Attack, scan, or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
• Host content that violates Nigerian law or international copyright.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or pyramid schemes.
• Consume excessive server resources that degrade service for other customers.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment terms

• Fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
• Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Invoices unpaid 7 days past due may result in service suspension.
• Invoices unpaid 30 days past due may result in service termination and loss of data.
• Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed (see Refund Policy).

6. Service level

We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. If we fall below 99.9% in a given month, you may request a service credit as follows:

• 99.0% – 99.9%: 10% credit of one month's fee
• 95.0% – 98.9%: 25% credit of one month's fee
• Below 95.0%: 50% credit of one month's fee

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

7. Data and backups

We take daily automated backups of hosting accounts. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by customer actions, malware, or third-party software.

8. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of content you upload. We claim no license to your content beyond what's needed to provide the services. Our brand, code, and design remain our property.

9. Termination

You may cancel any service at any time from your client area. We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms.
• Non-payment.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse of our support team or infrastructure.

On termination, we retain your data for 30 days for potential reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, CyberJunior's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CyberJunior against any claims arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or practice. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
